About Arderne Pomeranians

Ch. Arderne Too Hot To HandleCh. Arderne Too Hot To HandleArderne Pomeranians are well known and highly respected in the show world of Australia, having being established in 1955.

We are a small boutique kennel concentrating our breeding program on type, soundness, stylish pomeranians - emanating elegance, buoyancy and gaiety. All my beautiful babies have the wonderful outgoing temperaments that the breed is reknown for.

Owners & Breeders of Best In Show and Best In Show Specialty winners. Imported bloodlines. Having bred 5 home Grand Champions and 30+ Home Champions in the last 10 years a record we are very proud of.

At the end of 2010 Arderne Pomeranians has commenced a new breeding program with this angelic pure white pomeranians which I so love. Arderne pomeranians has Mr Chao Yi-Ling of Athens Pomeranians to thank for allowing his precious pure white boy "Australian Champion Th White Crusader of Arderne of Athens" to join my family and our latest import, a baby ice white girl, "The Diamond Empress of Arderne of Athens".

Arderne pomeranians was established by my mother Mrs Maree Dodds back in 1955. Maree has been a member of Dogs NSW and has been exhibiting since that time. (Dogs NSW presented Maree Dodds with a special commenative badge for this very long association).

My mother, Maree transferred the Arderne kennel/prefix to me in 2004. Unfortunately mum did not keep a record of her number of Arderne pomeranian champions but did breed an outstanding pomeranian known as "Grand Champion Arderne Tawny Gold".

In the 9 years that Maree and I have been breeding Arderne Pomeranians has proudly produced 30+ Australian Champions, 4 Grand Champions with another two "Ch Arderne Th Awesome Toy" and "Ch Arderne Forever Diamond" well on their way to being Grand Champions. Only one other Pomeranian kennel has bred more Grand Champions in Australia under their own prefix than Arderne. We are very proud of our achievement as our little children are improving continuously which is what we aspire for.

Awards: Arderne Pomeranians has been awarded Dogzonline National Pomeranian Breeder forr 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, winning every year since its commencement.
